Under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration.

The Escapepreneur commits to the DPF Principles and, as needed, will take additional steps to provide appropriate safeguards for the Personal Information we transfer. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over The Escapepreneur’s compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF).
The Escapepreneur may be required to disclose Personal Information in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. The Escapepreneur is liable in cases of onward transfers to third parties.
